Lawn Doctor did NOT disappoint once again I have used them over a year now and I’m very pleased, they call or text to let you know they are coming and you really don’t need to be home because they know what to do and do it. Jim Powell and Clint Asher were my technicians, two separate jobs, and I did watch them for the most part of the jobs (peeking through the window lol) and they covered everything from what I saw. I had used a while back another company, but they always did half a job. They’d always do the front and a side and never the back. I am very pleased with Lawn Doctor . They always do a thorough and complete job. Can’t wait to see my Lawn take on its beauty again this spring and summer ~ Marilyn H

In June (2019) I had a bug infestation that killed my 30' tall cypress! When American Termite folks came out, they said the problem was not termites-and recommended I call Lawn Doctor. I did - the gentleman came out that day - diagnosed the problem as Bag Worms! - returned with appropriate chemical to kill same, sprayed the entire area, killing those nasties by that evening, which chemical did not adversely affect any foliage. I shall call them again in the spring, to handle an annual infestation of chiggers! Super service! and polite, knowledgeable folks. ~ Cricket M

This was my first year with Lawn Doctor, and I am very satisfied with their service. The lawn stayed a rich, green carpet throughout the growing season. My children and grandchildren enjoyed playing on it numerous times this past summer. Clint Asher was the gentleman who treated my lawn with fertilizers, pesticides, and whatever was necessary to keep it healthy and looking good. He was always polite and took the time to have an in-depth discussion with me regarding my concerns. Kudos to Clint; I’m looking foreword to seeing him next year. ~ Randal T

We’ve been using Lawn Doctor for almost 3 years now. The technicians that service our yard (Nick, Brad and Chandler) are very observant and leave very detailed explanations of what they did that day and notify us of anything that is out of the ordinary about our yard at that time. The company is also very honest. We had a pool installed in our backyard and without me mentioning anything the technician adjusted the square footage of the backyard which decreased my payment. Honesty and integrity run true with this company and their technicians! ~ Joel B

Have been with Lawn Doctor for 13 years. We get numerous compliments on our lawn. The office staff are very pleasant. You can call them if you see a problem with your lawn and they will send our technician out. Our technician Tyler Hodges has been with us for years. He knows my lawn very well. He does numerous neighbors. He brought my neighbors DEAD lawn back to life. I thought that was an impossible task, but it looks great now. Thanks to Tyler and everyone at Lawn Doctor. Been using their service for two years now. I was rushed due to rain, getting trash out and car to repair shop. I forgot to put my dog up. Eric Scholdgen was so kind to have them call me. He offered to come back and do the backyard another day. I said the dog was sweet. He offered to finish the yard and made sure the gate was secure before he left. He was so nice to check. Kyler came out today to give us our 3rd installment of our yearly service. What a great young man. Worked efficiently while at the same time being very personable. Was knowledgeable about the grass and weeds, and unfortunately, the spittle bugs. Lawn Doctor is great. They schedule ahead of time, are easy to call or text and ask questions, and they make extra visits if requested to check on lawn issues. ~ Bryant S

Lawn Doctor of Hot Springs has really stepped up their game the last couple of years. Their communication and service they provide is great. Shout out to our tech Brad as well!! He was very nice and courteous and knew exactly what areas of our yard to treat when I asked him. That has been a problem in the past with another company. I live in a rural area without any type of sprinkler or watering system and lawn doctor has really helped my yard. Honestly, compared to what I was spending on weed killers and what not myself I’m probably breaking even cost wise. It’s always done on time when it’s needed. I question why anyone that has a lawn is NOT using your service. We have all tried the DIY and we can't consistently provide everything our lawns need for the entire year. Its a no brainer for me! And Seth Caraway is the best along with his counterparts that occasionally fill in. Call Lawn Dr. And call them now. It's worth every penny. ~ Carl C

Chandler is always attentive to needs of our yard. Before starting the treatment chandler comes to the front door and asks if I have any problems or concerns that he needs to specifically needs to address.
