Lawn Doctor did NOT disappoint once again I have used them over a year now and I’m very pleased, they call or text to let you know they are coming and you really don’t need to be home because they know what to do and do it. Jim Powell and Clint Asher were my technicians, two separate jobs, and I did watch them for the most part of the jobs (peeking through the window lol) and they covered everything from what I saw. I had used a while back another company, but they always did half a job. They’d always do the front and a side and never the back. I am very pleased with Lawn Doctor . They always do a thorough and complete job. Can’t wait to see my Lawn take on its beauty again this spring and summer ~ Marilyn H

In June (2019) I had a bug infestation that killed my 30' tall cypress! When American Termite folks came out, they said the problem was not termites-and recommended I call Lawn Doctor. I did - the gentleman came out that day - diagnosed the problem as Bag Worms! - returned with appropriate chemical to kill same, sprayed the entire area, killing those nasties by that evening, which chemical did not adversely affect any foliage. I shall call them again in the spring, to handle an annual infestation of chiggers! Super service! and polite, knowledgeable folks. ~ LC M

Have been with Lawn Doctor for 13 years. We get numerous compliments on our lawn. The office staff are very pleasant. You can call them if you see a problem with your lawn and they will send our technician out. Our technician Tyler Hodges has been with us for years. He knows my lawn very well. We’ve been using Lawn Doctor for almost 3 years now. The technicians that service our yard (Nick, Brad and Chandler) are very observant and leave very detailed explanations of what they did that day and notify us of anything that is out of the ordinary about our yard at that time. The company is also very honest. We had a pool installed in our backyard and without me mentioning anything the technician adjusted the square footage of the backyard which decreased my payment. This was my first year with Lawn Doctor, and I am very satisfied with their service. The lawn stayed a rich, green carpet throughout the growing season. My children and grandchildren enjoyed playing on it numerous times this past summer. Clint Asher was the gentleman who treated my lawn with fertilizers, pesticides, and whatever was necessary to keep it healthy and looking good. Been using their service for two years now. I was rushed due to rain, getting trash out and car to repair shop. I forgot to put my dog up. Eric Scholdgen was so kind to have them call me. He offered to come back and do the backyard another day. I said the dog was sweet. He offered to finish the yard and made sure the gate was secure before he left. He was so nice to check. Very professional technicians on the ground who are friendly and they know their game. The best part is a Supervisor is one simple message away. I actually had a Supervisor (Russ) come to my lawn and give me some advice on how to get some stubborn areas to shape up for a smooth look over the entire lawn. I am still in the first stages of regaining a healthy lawn but this TEAM is going to get me there. ~ David T

this is my first year to use Lawn Doctor of Hot Springs. The yard was in a mess with excessive weeds and bare spots. Our technician, Chandler Murphy, has done an excellent job of taking care of the lawn. We receive a courtesy call before they come and a complete review of what was done and any suggestions that we should do ourselves. Kyler came out today to give us our 3rd installment of our yearly service. What a great young man. Worked efficiently while at the same time being very personable. Was knowledgeable about the grass and weeds, and unfortunately, the spittle bugs. Lawn Doctor is great. Yesterday we noticed army worms in our yard. I texted Lawn Doctor and Russ responded immediately and offered a solution. I am already using them for lawn maintenance and they were prompt to come spray for the worms. The technician, Rickey Reynolds, was very courteous and did an excellent job fertilizing and spraying the yard. I can highly recommend Lawn Doctor of Hot Springs for your lawn care. ~ Jack G

I was very pleased with Lawn Drs weed control post application. Took them on as our weed control service. The weed control tech was very knowledge, caring and friendly. He said if I wasn't satisfied after 2 weeks he would come back to retreat any areas I felt needed it. So far that hasn't been necessary as they took care of the weeds the first application. Fall leaves can present problems with fall lawn applications, but Lawn Doctor made this easy. Clint applied the final fall application today. He blew leaves aside before applying the application. Yesterday, I had time to mow before Russ applied the fungicide. Lawn Doctor always communicates well about services and responds to lawn issues in a timely manner. ~ Kathy N

Our Lawn Doctor of Hot Springs technician, Steven Starr is always very punctual and arrives with a great smile and greeting. He is very professional and explains what he is applying to our lawn and why. He even helped us corral our dogs in the backyard so he could apply the fertilizer & weed control undisturbed.. I live in a rural area without any type of sprinkler or watering system and lawn doctor has really helped my yard. Honestly, compared to what I was spending on weed killers and what not myself I’m probably breaking even cost wise. It’s always done on time when it’s needed. Noah was very friendly and after I ask him what was he putting on the lawn he said it was fertilizer and when he finished he saw some weeds that he would spray after he was finished with the fertilizer. He was very knowledgeable about the chemicals he applied and reminded us this needs to be watered in which we’ll do in the morning! ~ Mary H

Even after we have just raked heavy wet leaves from our sloping front yard, you can see that it is pretty healthy for late November.
